Feng shui to help finances and sell my flat

Perhaps your helpful people/travel area needs activating in the right way...will have a ponder and post if I think of anything

Is the property market is anything there like it is here.....horrendous? Nothing is selling anywhere right now, in Spain anyway. That said there's always hope and there may be other things you need to pay attention to.

Is your buzzer and doorbell in good working order?
What is the first thing someone sees as they enter your apartment? In terms of objects, colours, etc....

Prehaps you need to bring in a professional consultant, if you have tried several ways of tackling this problem.

It's a bit like going to a health food shop to buy some vits to give you a pick up. You may buy supplements that are inappropriate and just need to see a nutritionist for a helping hand. Then you can take greater care of yourself.

so clearing any clutter now, get rid of anything that you will not want in a new home, a welcoming entrance.
activate your fame section with red/candles, and helpful people. networking areas. The idea of wrapping a red 9 inch ribbon round the for sale sign is cool 😎

and if we think of chi as a meandering energy....does it get stopped uneccesarily anywhere? any blocks?

Thanks for the links guys, some interesting reading there. First thing straight off is to move the coats cluttering up the peg just by my front door! 🙂

I once did some basic FS for a freind who could not sell her house..lots of visitors, no offers...I also had a wor with the Spirit of the House.
Things went quiet..no one even showing up for a look round..then the very next person to come and look bought it!!!

Have you looked at your good fortune area (SE)?

Also consider things like how easy is it for chi to arrive at your front door - are there over grown shrubs, cars on the driveway?

Are the windows and front door clean? Windows are the house's eyes and the front door is the mouth.

I know very little of feng shui but we had problems selling our house. Made sure it was clean outside and in, no clutter etc. I sent reiki to the "for sale sign" for about 8 days in a row (very discreetly of course, neighbours would have wondered!!). I asked that someone would view our house and want to buy it. OK, maybe coincidence but the next person to view the house put in asking offer immediately then offered us extra if we left certain bits of furniture. I am sure the feng shui tips here will help but keep up the reiki.

Have you started packing some of your stuff up yet? By doing that you are saying that you will be going. Its putting the right energy out for the move to happen. We haven't sold our house yet, but are lucky because my mother in law has sold her house and can afford the house without us selling, but there have been many fustrating delays. I packed up a few bits and things have progressed bu today i packed all my pictures and ornaments so i hope that will move things forward again. We can rent our house out if we have to but i would still like to sell it. I have done some space clearing and are cleaning down the surfaces and furniture etc and throwing any clutter out, so hopefully that will help to, If our house doesn't sell now then there is probably a reason for it.

Just thought I'd update the thread.

I had some wonderful help from an HP-er who offered to look at my flat and suggest some cures. Whilst I haven't sold my flat yet, my financial situation has seen quite a lot of postiive energy moving into it. I have a new client who is going to be a regular, from having no money to pay for a course I now have more than enough, a family member has offered some financial assistance plus a couple other smaller things bringing money my way. It's certainly working!
