This is a positive and fair news story about EFT helping someone overcome their ME: . Great to see EFT making it on to the wider media.

Thanks for the link, Crystal Cub, yes it's great to see EFT acknowledged on the BBC.

I've also come across an interesting article on the BBC website - it may have been mentioned on HP before as it's from last year but I haven't seen it myself - it is about a Falklands veteran who found EFT very helpful for healing post traumatic stress:

That's so good. Thank you. I've been using it for a little while now and think it's fantastic. I was just about to post on the healing forum a request for a friend who lives a distance away whom I've recommended to read the free manual on EFT. Also my boyfriend has ME. He's very skeptical of anything remotely complementary therapy/alternative style and though I know EFT doesn't work for everyone I'm really trying to find a way to introduce it to him enough for him to accept it and give it a try....but hey, synchronicity or what? x

Maybe we can manifest that 🙂

Hi Brown1e - sometimes our loved ones need to hear the same message from many different sources before they get it. If it's on good old Aunty Beeb that provides a lot of reassurance.

If that fails I can recommend a frying pan on the head - it worked with my other half 😉

Crystal Cub that really tickled me and made me laugh. Thank you. Do you know what I actually did manage to work with him with it (EFT - not the frying pan) on Friday and I'm hoping that it's just the beginning. He looks noticeably different after massage anyway but definitely seemed more energised this time. Going to just keep on gently working this with him and truly hope it increases the time where he gets relief from the ME symptoms. X

That's really good news, Brown1e. Gentle easy steps can often be the quickest.

I've found when I've allowed myself to go at my other half's pace, we've deepened our relationship and I've learnt more about myself.

Keep up the good work 🙂
