Ear Candling course - help required

Hi All

I have just done an ear candling course with Thermo Auricular Therapy. Had a great day but now its time to do the case studies and written paper.

I'm ok with the case studies but the written paper is 'Thermo Auricular Therapy and me' (not how the therapy works but what the therapy has meant to me and my impressions of the therapy since doing treatments). Can anyone give me pointers as what I need to include in the paper.
