Hiya,

I have had tinnitus for... ooh! since my terribly misspent youth at gigs, clubs and raves! 😮 Not sure if that exposure to noise caused it or if there is another reason, but it's driving me crazy!!!

I've not seen a GP about it, but was wondering if ear candling might help alleviate it a little? I have also had terrible problems with my sinuses over the last 8-10 years (again, have not seen a GP about that... could be linked to my misspent youth!:o) so I'm wondering if that could be a cause/symptom.

Any suggestions?
thanks,
Lisa x

Hello Lisa,
I have just done a hopi ear course which was amazing. I also suffer from tinnitus and sinusitus..although i cant really tell at this moment in time if it has help......... i do feel things have changed on a higher level....cant really explain but i was having problems on my male side and after the treatment felt a big release.
Give hopi ago... and see how you get on.You probably would need more than one treatment.
I also have tried cutting out dairy food to help with the sinus trouble....and so far this has seemed to help.
Good luck
Rachel

Hi Vegan Soul, I do Hopi ear candles on my other half. He doesn't have tinnitus but gets a build up of ear wax occasionally which then starts to affect his hearing. We've found that if we do his ears on a regular basis the problem doesn't re-occur but if we forget to do it for a while, the problem comes back and ear drops don't seem to help. His hayfever was no where near as bad last year either so they definitely seem to help him. 🙂

One thing you would need to make sure of if, as your name suggests, you are vegan (and I hope I'm not pointing out the obvious), is that vegan ear candles are used as opposed to ones made using beeswax.

Thanks for pointing that out Libby! 🙂
