Hi all,

Do any of you use a juicer for getting wheatgrass juice please? If so, what is your feedback on the one you have? I'm looking for an electrical one going at 60-80 rpm, wide mouthed (may want to juice fruits and veggies as well), must maximise *all* nutrients coming from home-grown wheatgrass, and if possible, also capable of doing nuts and seeds, and must be dead simple to use, and very importantly, very quick (under a minute) to clean and under £500.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Chris.

Hello Chris,

What I will recommend will be to use simple blender instead of juicer. And make smoothies of fruits and vegetables and the wheatgrass because juicer basically drains all the fiber and what you are left with is only sugars and water. And if you are planning to take juices for body detox then fibre is one of the most important element for a healthy body.

Moreover, it is important to follow a proper juice cleanse diet in which you take juices/smoothies as well as some healthy meals. I recently tried a 5 day body detox diet plan and i really feel fresh. Plus it is also necessary to have enough sleep to improve our focus =)
