Hi
Does anyone know of a vitamin, mineral & proboitic supplement that can be taken in liquid form[&:] I absolutely hate taking tablets[:'(] and most vitamin supplements are the size of horse pills and taste really horrible [:@]when you grind them up and put them in smoothies etc... I'm looking for a drink or a soluable something or other but have not seen anything jump [:-]out at me..... I've had Floraxid before but am not sure that it contains everything that I'm looking for.....Happy to consider two drinks that meet my list though:)!
Any suggestions gratefully received!!;)
Thanks
Nia
RE: All in One liquid supplement??
Hi redraven
I was going to suggest Floradix, but am not sure if it contains probiotics. I see a lot of adverts on TV for yogurt-type drinks that claim to.
I manage the supplement pills by taking them with food, just before I swallow a mouthful. No taste that way 🙂
Hopefully someone with more knowledge on nutrition will come along and give you a fuller and better answer.

RE: All in One liquid supplement??
Thanks for that! Wouldn't be surprise if there isn't a catch all supplement because it's too competative an industry and too lucrative! If someone cam up with something like that they'd wipe out loads of the market!!
Bought Muller Vitality yog. the other day which has prebiotic, probiotic and omega 3...AND it tastes nice!!! Every little helps........!!

RE: All in One liquid supplement??
My understanding ... and I did suggest above that I'm no expert on nutrition ... is that PRObiotics are a good thing to take after a course of ANTIbiotics, but I haven't taken those in years, because if I should get an infection my first port of call is always my medical herbalist. I'd rather whack the bugs with a natural product than a drug, if possible 😀
I'll look out for that yogurt, but what is a PREbiotic? I confess I hadn't heard of those.

I'm no expert either but from what I understand the prebiotics help your body in getting food from mouth to stomach and digestion and the probiotics help the body continue the digestive process to excretion!
Something like that......!

Thanks for the information! I'll see what my local health shop has to say.
RE: All in One liquid supplement??
Hi Nia
I'm a distributor for a company called Neways who sell a vitamin and mineral solution called Maximol. It doesn't contain a probiotic, but it contains all the vitamins and minerals you need. I absolutely swear by it. You can take a probiotic in powder form which you just sprinkle onto your cereal or stir into water.
A prebiotic feeds the probiotic (good bacteria).
Hope this helps.:)
