How long are you going on the detox for? Of course just eating cucumber will make you lose some weight...if you can override the hunger pangs! However too drastic a detox (i.e. virtually no food) can often make the body compensate when you come off of it (the body responds/can try and compensate from having been in hunger/starving mode!) So that's the time you need to be more vigilant.

I'm thinking to go for a month, yeah it's not really easy without food but I have to do it 😎

I hope you are joking! That is not advisable especially for a first detox. I strongly suggest that you contact your doctor for further advice on this, e.g. with regard to any existing physical conditions you may have.

Actually, I'm a foodie so thinking of it. Otherwise, thank you for the consult

Yes it will. Work for you for a time. Then it won't. Your metabolism goes sluggish with too little eating or little movement.
Instead bite the bullet put the hard work in it...exercise, yoga stretches or whatever you do. Do it. All detoxes etc are a cop out. Put the work in and don't do the cerebral weight loss thing people do. They get keyed in to diets, detoxes, avoidance of fat etc. more they think, less they seem to do anything about it. the whole thing gets bigger. Keep it simple, sweat away enjoy food and think no more about weight. Practical approach is well, practical.

Yes I'm a foodie too but also have an interest in nutrition. To go one month without protein would mean that the body would 'eat' the muscle eventually (after the fat) e.g. the heart is muscle. Not to alarm you but just to make you think twice and see sense!

Yeah now I'm taking some multivitamins and protein shake in morning as breakfast and included green tea as well

A lot of good advice above. Please listen to them.

It's a start, I suppose. Try eating actual food, enjoy it but don't eat so much of it. I eat about 2500kcals a day but make sure I train everyday. I'm in very good shape for a 45 year old. Actually, I'm in very good shape if I were 25. 😀

Hi. The detox tea is always beneficial and provides weight loss. My father too take the detox tea that he orders from this website. The detox tea also provides many health benefits. He has reduced weight and now he is healthy and fit.
