I read that aquamarine is a very good gemstone for people withphobias, what do you think about that? And there are othergemstones for who suffers fromphobias? Thank you so much. Bye Ciaoooooo:) Sylia

Sodalite and smoky quartz are both supposed to be good, from what I have heard.
I tend to just use amethyst because I feel like it calms me down, so I take it with me when I'm facing my fears 🙂
