Some of my friends use different crystals to increase the strength of thier tarot/rune readings. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which I could use for my tarot to increase intuition/psychic ability

Moldavite is a good stone for improving your intuition, red jasper can be used for stimulating psychic awareness as can citrine. In my opinion, all stones when we tune in to them, help to raise our vibrations and therefore, increase our intuitive abilities. So, if in doubt, just go with the stone you feel most drawn to and i'm sure it will aid you in the best possible way for you.

Lilac, if you're still searching for inspiration you might like to think of stones around the indigo colour range. This corresponds to the third eye chakra colour. Lapiz, iolite, herderite, labradorite, and celestite have helped me grow in my intuitive skills - they're all predominantly darker blues apart from the celestite. I also find crystals from particular localitites have a wonderful energy. So for example, for me, crystals from Madagascar have a particular zing when I'm doing inner/spiritual work. I've gotten senstiive enough that I can feel if a crystal has come from that part of the world before the crystal seller has told me. You might find you get more out of crystals from Brazil, south east asia or elsewhere. Worth enquiring from that side of things.

hello lilac..
i have always used amethyst to increase and heighten my intuition.. it works really well for me.. especially during meditation..
if i'm working with my angel cards however,i always use my amethyst alongside a piece of rose quartz (to invoke love)and a piece of lapis lazulu (to aid communication) i feel that together, these crystalswork perfectly for me.. like whitedragon has already said, it's a very personal thing..
