I had my first colonic on Thursday and felt very relaxed after a while during it and felt incredibly sleepy and a bit spaced for the rest of the day.

Friday I had my second colonic and after initially feeling energised straight after the treatment I then felt incredibly tired and sleepy for the rest of the day. 24 hours later I am still feeling drained and have no energy

Is this just my body detoxing? I know I have a lot of cleaning out to do in my system. Is there anything I can do to help apart from drink lots of water. I have also been receiving a lot of reiki so not sure if my body is rebalancing after the colonics or after the reiki

Hi
That is just body finding its balance so it knocks you back so while you sleep it can do what it needs to.
You don't need to do anything. Drink water if you are thristy and if body needs more than normal it will let you know. You don't need Reiki or anything other than just letting body do what it is doing. Doing too many things confuses more. Drop healings etc, just enjoy being with your body while it is shedding toxics.
Other than allowing what is happening naturally there is very little one needs to do. Whatever one tries do to help oneself comes out of inability to just relax and allow what is happening naturally.
You might feel tired for a few days. Allow. It is that simple.

Totally agree Jnani..many people need to rest following colonics I always advise people to treat themselves gently. I have heard of some clients who have gone home and slept right through to the next day....the body sometimes need this.:)

body needs some rest

Hope you recovered from the tiredness after undergoing the colonic treatment the body. It is a common phenomenon. Taking rest always benefits the body. After this resting period the body will be back with a full energy.
Thanks,
Jo christy

Hello Avaris.. If a person has any issues after colonic, the person have to take more and more water and should increase fiber intake levels.
Taking more fibers are always seems good to maintain a healthy life style.
Avoid all kinds of junk food, and try to concentrate on taking fruits and veggies.
Fruits: Fruits contain fiber like apple, pineapple, prunes, pears and peaches. If you don’t like to eat you can drink juices. By consuming them, they regulate your digestion system.
Vegetables: In addition to fruits vegetables consumption should be taken into consideration. Broccoli, carrot, celery, beans are rich in fiber. Broccoli is the top healthy vegetable super rich in fiber.
Whole Grains: Corns are rich in fiber; you can either eat popcorn or corn.
It might be helpful to you.

SICK after colonics

I had my second colonics done three days ago and the day after I was very tired and sleepy. Now I have so much pain in my stomach, I'm trying not to go to the ER. This procedure might work for lots of people but I DONT wanna be the one who died from it! not worth it and I'm cancelling my future appointments.
Be very careful and listen to your body! if it doesnt feel right dont do it!

If you are in severe pain 3 days after a colonic, then you must seek help from a doctor. Are you in the UK? Call NHS24 (or whatever it is in your area) and get their advice, if you don't want to go to the ER.

Mmm. Could be bowel perforation (deadly) which is possible with colonics.

May be the colon which you are taking doesn't suits to your body. Have you asked to someone before taking this and I think In spite, of taking colon you can do exercise also for the wellness of your body.
