Hi Jo,

If you have an afternoon to spare I recommend you make yourself down to London and visit Aqualibria. After seeing them for many times in the last six months I can honestly say they are the best around. You leave feeling so totally rejuvenated it is unbelievable. I cannot stop telling myself how good I feel afterwards and I can see the results not only internally but also how I look in the mirror. Have a look on their website [link= http://www.aqualibria.com ]www.aqualibria.com[/link] and also hear what a journalist says in this online review: [link= http://www.msn.co.uk/health/aqualibria ]www.msn.co.uk/health/aqualibria[/link].

Namaste
John

How about apricots?

When I need emptying, I take a handful of apricots on an empty stomach, and within a couple of hours, any build up of faeces is expelled.

Works every time.

Yeah, you should be able to find one up there, maybe a google search? If you are in London ever, the one John suggested is good, and there is a new one in West London called Body and Soul Zone. [link= http://www.bodyandsoulzone.co.uk ]www.bodyandsoulzone.co.uk[/link] she is a really nice kiwi lady and she is doing some really good deals...I just bought three and got a forth for free!!! She may be able to do you a deal, or evensuggest one up your way? Good luck!

Always be careful to find a properly qualified colon hydrotherapist, google either The Guild of Colon Hydrotherapists, or The Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists to find someone near to you.

Hi

Try this for a source of Colonic Irrigation Therapist - the site is by region so you can search that way. There are quite a few in Yorkshire. Good Luck.

Hi Jo,

If you haven't found a place to go yet, I would thoroughly recommend an organisation called Alternative Angels in Horsforh Leeds, I went recently and was truly amazed at the results, I was aprehensive before I went but they are extremely professional and made me feel totally relaxed and at ease, everything was fully explained and my dignity was kept in place at all times!!! They also had an infra red treatment therapy which was fantastic (give it a go) Hope you get sorted.
Regards,
Art

P.S. They are on the web [color="#0000cc"]www.alternativeangels.org

RE: Colonic Hydrotherapy

People also might want to consider which type of colonic they require. There are some therapists that use machines and some that use gravity systems.

The machines are controlled by the therapist using various valves, with the water pumped into the patient. The look very clinical and more under the control of the machine than the therapist. The gravity systems, I have experienced, use a tank that uses gravity for the water feed. Both systems use disposable equipment. I did find that the natural gravity systems did provide more therapist control and interaction with the patient.

Possibly worth considering which suits you when looking for a therapist.

Hello all, I am very new to this forum but have a history of IBS and irregularity, so was quiet excited to read about Dr Natura. I am planning to order it today and start on it as soon as I get it. I hope it goes well.

If you're ever in London, I would recommend HydroHolistic in central West London. It's near Queensway, Bayswater, Royal Oak tube stations. It's really private & hygeinic and has more of a boutique spa atmosphere/environment.

I can advise Parkland Natural Health Clinic on Holborn (Central London), near Holborn tube station. Their prices are not so high: £74 for the first session including initial health consultation and £65 for the follow-up sessions.
