I personally have 3 favourites and I can't pick one. Orange, Bergamot, and geranium. I am suffering from depression and anxiety, and they seem to be helping the most. I have used other ones as well, and they helped with other things.

I'm loving lemongrass at the moment. Such a refreshing smell, and very balancing to boot. 🙂

At the moment I love may chang & cederwood, because I've run out of bergamot & sandalwood. 😀

I love orange oil, I think it's the most uplifting scent and is great at this time of year.

Maychang for itsa delicious aroma, frankincense for its power over the mood, spikenard for providing restful sleep and geranium for its hormonally balancing effects.
That's my view as someone prescribing them.. Not using.. That changes daily!

My current favourites are benzoin, lemon, and ginger!
They seem to change, except benzoin, I just love the smell all year round!

Based on Valerie Ann Worwood's work:
“Jerry has researched the oils as a method to treat the whole person. By treating the constitution, the individual becomes stronger physically, spiritually and emotionally and is able to move towards healing of multiple symptoms. I use the oils for various acute concerns as I find solutions for constitutional concerns. I use his quiz in my classes and my private practice.” Yvette Chass, OT

Valerie Ann Worwood described "oil personalities" that can be understood as constitutional dispositions. Holistic approaches to health care focus on the unique qualities of the individual rather than seeking diagnosis and treatment of pathological conditions understood according to common symptoms. Essential oils can also reveal our constitutional dispositions and enable us to address their needs. Find your constitutional oils.
