RE: Top Stress Blends

The blends which I have had most success with for stressed clients have been:

Frankincense & Grapefruit with either Rose or Neroli depending on the cause of the stress. If Rose/Neroli is beyond the reach of your budget, then frankincese and grapefruit work perfectly well on their own to ground and uplift.

Blends for me change every time I make them!

Tania

If Rose/Neroli is beyond the reach of your budget

a note on this point: certain oils are significantly more expensive than other oils (rose, neroli, jasmine etc) but these oils are typically needed in much smaller amounts than other oils because they are far more potent. therefore smaller bottles can be purchased, which last longer, meaning the priuce difference is really only superficial. 😉

I like to use Lavender & bergamot to de stress.
Top tip about the empty rollerballs didn't know anyone did them!

I found a bracelet, called wristangel that uses EO's. Can't put your own in only their blends but still great idea.

I'm really into lemongrass at the mo to perk me up for summer!!

love & light x

Stress and anxiety usually hit me in the stomach, so I use peppermint oil a lot, then I started mixing it with lavender and it works every time, I use it every night before bed in my aroma shell, the weird thing is, I was never a fan of lavender... now I love it!

I recently burned rose and sweet orange - not sure what made me think of trying it, but every time I walked by and caught a waft of it I found myself grinning from ear to ear and my shoulders dropping!

Top De-Stress blends

My faves are Lavender or Rose, I find them the most calming scents. I also came across some Tisserand blended roll on oils recently which are great. They come in handy little bottles with a roller for application, I carry them around in my handbag. I've got the blue de-stress one and the travel ease, I'd highly recommend!

There are multiple essential oils that can help relieve stress. The most popular oils include lavender, peppermint, clary sage, bergamot, frankincense, ylang ylang, hyssop, geranium and roman chamomile.

Effective combinations would include taking 2 drops of rosemary and 3 drops of lavender and applying it onto a handkerchief or napkin and inhaling the essential oils whenever you feel stressed.

Another recipe for relieving stress would be mixing 4 drops of bergamot, 4 drops of clary sage and 2 drops of frankincense and mixing it all with either jojoba or avocado base oil. Take the mixture and massage over body.
