Hi everyone!

Essential oils are a fairly weak area for me, so I was wondering if anyone could give me a few pointers?

I have always struggled with acne to some degree, but I find diet keeps it at bay the majority of the time...
Unfortunately, when I'm training hard / for longer / just plain sweating more than usual, my back will really break out, especially areas I am less likely to reach when showering etc.

I have been thinking of making up a spray that I can put on before work / before training / after training etc. just to try and help keep the bacteria at bay 🙂

I can pick up most common essential oils at work, and have a fair few in the cupboard at home.

I was thinking something like lavender, teatree, eucalyptus? If i mix these in water, must I add alcohol to keep bacteria growing in the spray bottle? I'd rather try and avoid it.

Oh, and should I maybe add something to keep my skin's pH acidic?

Sorry for the long post!! Thanks for reading 🙂

Tea tree oil is available as a spray - antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, bactericide...

Thanks Amy!

We actually have a tea tree spray in work. I love the smell of tea tree, but I know some people HATE (!) the smell, so I'm a little wary of wearing the spray around others.

Hopefully I can make something with tea tree, but mask it with another beneficial oil? Maybe? 🙂
