Hi, has anyone tried/experienced an essential oil for arthritic fingers that they could recommend? Thank you

Hi Jeannie

I've used Black Pepper with Lavender in the past for arthritis. Other oils that may help are Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary and Clary Sage.
