I was sent some Bergamot Mint essential oil instead of Peppermint Mitcham. I have never used Bergamot Mint and can find very little information regarding its therapeutic effects.
Has anybody used this? Does anyone know what its properties are?
I would be grateful for any help as I thought I might try it out rather than sending it back. Many thanks.

Sorry Taz can't help. I have been through all my books but have found nothing.

RE: Bergamot Mint Essential Oil
Thanks for looking Maureen. I have piles of books and need to have a really good sort through them. I suppose I was just being a bit lazy in the hope someone had used this particular oil and could offer some advice. I have discovered it is 'similar to the properties of spearmint' but nothing about what it may be particularly good for. Will keep looking and thank you for taking the trouble to check out your books for me.

Thanks Lesley but I have tried all the sites I can find. I have found out what it looks like, where it grows etc etc but nothing about the essential oils properties or indications. Wondering if it is good for anything in particular.
