How much do I add please help ??

I am not sure I understand the question, is it this math based? because if so then 2% of 300ml equals 6ml

Please can anybody advise me?

I am making 300 ml of shampoo, I am allowed to add 2% of carrier. How many ml carrier can I add?

I am also adding essential oils.

Use simpler: 1ml = 20pds (drops)
If you have 5ml = 100pds. So 1% = 1dps.

Now calculate: 300 ml = 60*5ml=60*2(because 2% you need) = 120props = 6*20dps = 6ml

Looks difficult but 1-2 times practise to understand and you will become a guru!
