Procession of Junonalia 7th March.

In ancient Rome, Nones ( in Latin, "Nonae ) were nine days before the Ides ( the seventh in long months , and the fifth in other months )when the holidays for the month were announced............ .....Junolia honoured the Goddess " Juno " with a procession of 27 girls, dressed in long flowing robes, accompanied by an image of the Goddess carved from the wood of a cypress tree.

Bright Blessings..........may every day be special
