You can contact the college of past life regression studies- they will have a list of trained therapists and could direct you to someone who lives in your area. I cannot find a web address but I will pm contact number to you. The European College of Hypnotherapy is another option as they train in both hypnotherapy and past life regression.

I think therapists can tape sessions for you.

I had a past life regression done with Roger Burman, you can see his workshops here although he did ours more locally on his travels around the country.

Not all past life regressions are done using hypnotherapy. Ours was a bit like a guided meditation in that we went through an induction process (this was done as a group of 6) which relaxed us and took us into a past life. We were then left to experience the past life (we actually did 2 lives) and then afterwards Rogers partner (a spiritual medium) wrote down our experiences on her computer and connected with spirit to determine the meaning of what was experienced.

At no time during the process were we actually required to tell the others or Roger about what we had experienced (although we did all share them afterwards). Because it was experienced in silence, there was no need to record anything.

It was all very interesting.

Just out of interest does anyone know how to do it alone perhaps because I've had a few images, smells and dreamsand stuff but Im not sure wether there real or not... so if anyone knows would be interesting to find out 🙂
