I do advice to get more knowledge in this field, I recently bought
a book on muslim medicine and use of black seed.
I was looking for such an approah with a core component used in
combination with other to give a variety of recipes/remedies.
I modified a recipe for cancer according to some other
ideas and got very interesting tool.
However the basic ingredients stay the same i.e. black seed, garlic
and carrot.

Oncology

Cited, recipe for cancer:
"Apply black seed oil on the affected area.
Also, drink 3 times a day the remedy consisting of
1 teaspoon of black seed oil and 1 glass of fresh
carrot juice (to be stirred right before use).
Go on for 3 monthes.
It's also recommended to use black seed with
garlic."

Alks, what is 'black seed'? Seed of what? Would you like to comment on your 'recipe'? Have you used it yourself or used it on someone else?

Black seed is the common English name for this seed, other names are:
black cumin
, kalonji, blackseed, swartzcummel, Nigella sativa,
fennel flower
, habbat al barakah, sinouj, black caraway and habba sawdah.

One link from Google search "black seed":

My recipe will not to be disclosed, it worked very well for cancer
and I myself use it by tablespoons when dealing with
cancer.
The the above should work and work nicely.
I saw other= non-muslim anticancer recipes, and they had
garlic or carrot as one of main components, and black seed
alone or it's oil works for cancer (tested myself) being strong
Heat/Burn, while cancer is strong Cold disease.

In fact, black seed oil is a "cult" remedy in muslim medicine, there are
different sorts and a number of companies from Saudi Arabia, Yemen etc
manufacturing it.
Though being Heat/Burn, it really helps for example for insomnia or high
blood pressure also considered as excess of Heat/Burn energy, which
indicates very "generalized" ways it acts.

"Hilba"

Don't know the right spelling, another "cult" herb in muslim medicine,
though less known even to Muslims themselves.
It is, however, rather popular in non-muslim Greece.
Appears as more "female-oriented", as the majority of recipes
I got for it, are for women's health and cosmetics.

More recipes - high blood pressure

Add 1 teaspoon of milled blackseed into a hot drink (no info on
the drink, in other recipes it is tea, milk, water, orange juice...)
and have this with 2 pieces of garlic, before breakfast, every
day.

Ear pain

Keep 1 clove of garlic in 1 ounce of blackseed oil
for 3 days.
Several drops into the ear and massage the skin by this
around the ear.

Toothache

1. Mix milled blackseed with olive oil until pulp formed,
place on the tooth.
2. Boil 8 ounces of apple vinegar with 2 tablespoons
of milled blackseed. Filter and rinse the teeth by this
for several days.
