This is an inspiring audio of a Rabbi and his wife who could have chosen to condemn, to feel hatred, resentment and fear, but chose instead to reach out in love and forgiveness.

Love is an intensely personal revolution.
An increasing number of people talk, dream and aspire to LOVE that will be global, encompassing the entire human experience.
Each dreamer of love must go through that personal revolution, then love remains the only option. Otherwise the same mind is indulging in empty hope, wishful thinking or dare I say, passing the buck to all the humanity
Love cannot happen in highjacked minds. It just will not. Love and sleep-walk cannot happen at the same time. Masses are in a state of sleep walk- perfectly capable of discussing all kinds of sublime ideas, concepts and philosophies, yet deep sleep is what we function in.
For love to become a global functionality, every single living beingbhas to experience it personally first.....and then
That is not going to happen, just yet, anyway. Just yet is the only play ground we have.
Paradox of life is too immense.
Polarized thought is not recent. Minds are always polarized. Conditioned mind cannot function in balance. Our little self is invested in sides, mine thine. Look back, ever since first human, violence has been there, mine thine, separation has been a shadow of mankind.
More Wars than peaceful times. History repeats itself. Because it's the same mind that was functioning in the cave man, as in today's civilized well dressed man....
This presence of violence,hatred, suffering itself is the catalyst for personal revolution. This chaos, mess, dysfunctionality is the only reason why anybody ever has jumps into the river of fire and come out as pure gold.
Suffering hate, violence unloving all that sucks is a Jumping board for personal revolution. One jumps at a time.
In the meantime, if the 4, 3, or even 2 in a family can make perfect peace, lovingness with each other, that will contribute to global peace.
Our immediate family is the only starting point there is. Yet 99% families cannot achieve even that....
One person, one family attaining to love is the answer. Even if one family or even one couple are beyond mind games, mine-thine agenda, judgement, personal agenda, it's a sign that love has happened. That may have immense ripple effect simply because a personal revolution has taken place.
Love itself is just an idea. A nice sounding one, but an idea nevertheless
Thanks for this Ruby. I understand where you're coming from. We all need to move up to a higher level of consciousness and we have to start with ourselves and our immediate family and friends.
I believe (and know) that love is not just a human attribute, but its source is divine, infinite Love, which is always present to turn to, for guidance, protection, comfort. Divine Love is not just a feeling, but a power. It's the power that forced Larry in the audio above to turn away from hatred and embrace his higher selfhood.
What you said reminds me of a prophecy given by Mary Baker Eddy (the founder of Christian Science) - but it does have a happy ending! (When she uses the term Science - she is referring to spiritual reality, the knowledge of absolute Truth)
"Lulled by stupefying illusions, the world is asleep in the cradle of infancy, dreaming away the hours. Material sense does not unfold the facts of existence; but spiritual sense lifts human consciousness into eternal Truth. Humanity advances slowly out of sinning sense into spiritual understanding; unwillingness to learn all things rightly, binds Christendom with chains.

You know it as well as I do, Judy, the love she talks of is not that of choice or will. That is love after the crossing of personal "river of fire".
So that prophecy is going to hold true to those who jump off the cliff of suffering and joyously wade Submit small self at the alter of divine self
It's happy ending alright.
But she seems to say that both polarities continue as they are now. Those who embrace inner science attain to love, those who are oblivious to that science play this game differently, according to the dictates of small self
In either case it's personal, not global peace.
