Hiya

I'm sure this is not the right place to post this, but I wanted some ideas, and this seemed to be the best place

I am currently taking an ITEC A&P and Holistic Massage course, I am hoping (if I pass) to go on to do the aromatherapy course.

Waffling now, sorry:o but I need to come up with a business name and I wanted to give it a christian feel

A lady I met, who is a Christian and an aromatherapist called her business Heaven Scent...brilliant

As I am newbie Christian, my knowledge is limited, I have prayed for a name and all I could come up with was "Blended Blessings" but I'm not sure if that has too many 'bl's in it!!

If anybody could help me come up with somethign I would be so thankful!

We talked a lot about the Holy Spirit in church this morning, and I have been praying hard recently to be filled with the holy spirit, so perhaps there is something there I should be linking up!

Any ideas...please?

Thank you
God Bless
Caren x

I immediately thought of 'laying on of hands' but that's a bit clumsy for a name, though it's very clearly what you do.

divine (d-vn) 1. a. Having the nature of or being a deity.
b. Of, relating to, emanating from, or being the expression of a deity: sought divine guidance through meditation.
c. Being in the service or worship of a deity; sacred.

2. Superhuman; godlike.
3. a. Supremely good or beautiful; magnificent: a divine performance of the concerto.
b. Extremely pleasant; delightful: had a divine time at the ball.

4. Heavenly; perfect.

n.1. A cleric.
2. A theologian.

However, 'Divine blends' would make me think of coffee. I wouldn't associate it with massage at all.

xx

Divine Touch? Or something like that 🙂

Whatever you settle on, you'd need to check someone hasn't already got it.

The Blessed Therapy Scenta??

Absolutely no!

Divine Therapy?

Better but it doesn't tell anyone what you do. Heavenly touch is better.

If you use HP's own Search facility you can find a number of threads in the Business & Marketing forum about business names. Top right of a page, then go for Advanced Search so that you can select the Business forum from the drop down menu, and use 'business name' as your search term keywords.

Or go straight to Business Link, which is widely recommended for all small business matters:

I wasn't sure if Scenta was a play on words, or you meant Centre, but you could get confused with this:

So it's always worth doing a Google search on any words you're thinking of using, to see who else has it and who/what they are.

Example: From memory I once typed in the wrong suffix when searching for a very proper and useful practitioners directory, and finished up somewhere I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit! 😉
