Retreat in Scotland
If you are interested in investigating Tibetan Buddhism, or in just taking a break, Kagyu Samye Ling monastery and Tibetan centre in Scotland is an excellent place to go for retreats, Muntjack. They have info on their website and its possible to get them to send you a newsletter about courses and retreats.
