which form of tai chi do you study?

Hi Darren,
The style of tai chi that i personaly study is a yang based form consisting of 37 postures which has been adapted by Dr shen hongxun ,the form that i teach is a short form based on the same principles but at a beginners/intermediate level.

Yes, I am learning the Yang long form.

I also teach a white crane form of tai chi and chi kung that originated from southern china.
