Hi everyone

Oh I'm stressed lately and trying to get things sorted out. I'm currently studying Indian Head Massage which I thoroughly enjoyed and as I'm more of a practical person I've loved all the hands on experience.

However, I've my online exam now on Tuesday and I just can't concentrate too study 🙁 It's the VRQ Award in Indian Head Massage (City & Guilds) and I think it's 15 questions. I'm reading handouts, books etc and I just can't take in what I'm reading. Really really panicking now and not sure what I can do or if there's any quick remedies I could take to help me concentrate. Any advice much appreciated :006:

Try Bach flowers 'Rescue Remedy' - it will stop you panicking and I am sure it is the panic that is stopping you concentrating. Good luck 🙂

Hi
I'm answering this a bit late now (!) but would suggest you try to do an overview, focusing on what you think the most fundamental things are that you need to learn. Then divide things into small sections / steps, do it methodically. Learn one small bit then go onto the next and so on. It all depends on how you learn of course. Good luck!

Thanks alot for your help - well I've just done what you said and put parts into different sections. Nearly bedtime now as I need to be well rested so goodbye books and hello rescue remedy! 🙂
