I think this one is quite a safe bet for distance learning as you don't need the practical side, but has anyone else done this course. I want to be able to go on to do other therapies (not with SNHS) but don't know whether many insurance or training companies recognise this qualification. Has anyone got any experience of this positive or negative?
thanks muchly! x
RE: Has anyone done A&P with SNHS?
Hi
I am doing the A&P course with them at the moment.
RE: Has anyone done A&P with SNHS?
So how are you finding it? Are the lessons detailed enough, is it clear, and easy to pick up? do you have tests after each lesson? how quickly can you get through it - are they good at getting back to you with problems? Sorry for so many questions, but everything on their website is glowing and I would like a real opinion!!!! Would you recommend it?

I am on the second module at the moment. At the end of each section they give you self evaluation tests and then at the end of these are questions that you e-mail to them. They recommend that you obtain the book Anatomy and Physiology in Health and Illness as they refer to this throughout the course.
Some of the questions are easier than others!
I would recommend this as you can tackle each lesson at your own pace.
You can either do the tutored course or the self study. I opted for the self study as this was the cheaper option. The only thing with the self study is that you don't get a tutor. On the self study they will tell you if you are answering any of the questions incorrectly.
Hope this helps you make up your mind.
Let me know how you get on.
