I sat my ITEC Business Conduct + Awareness exam this morning, and these are the questions which I can remember:

There were usually 2 viable answers out of the 4 options, and watch out for the wording of the questions...... I found 2 which I had misinterpreted the first time round, and only found as I double checked my paper in the time left.
