Well Kingston's OK for me, as for when - the weekend 1/2 of August is free but after that not until 22/23 onwards..........

Surrey is a very big county. I live at the opposite end of Kingston on the border with West Sussex. I could make it to Kingston at a push (2 hours journey).

Last time we met it was in Clapham, because everyone could easily get the train to there - also bear in mind that not everyone drives. And if we are in the London area other HPers might join too.

The first weekend in August sounds good.

Damn! I keep forgetting about this regional forum! I'd forgotten about my post in July, sorry!

Well, I'm still up for a meeting sometime if anyone is interested. I'm over Guildford/Farnham way but could easily travel up towards London from Guildford for places like Surbiton/Clapham if that's where most people are.

If anyone is interested in a meet-up later this year (in the better weather) please post where you are and let's see the location that works best for all parties.

Not yet Paula. I keep meaning to PM people on HP that I know are in the Surrey area and organise something that way (then posting it in this thread in case anyone else is interested). Problem is I don't have the time, especially as we get into the busy autumn period. It needs someone to come along and grab the idea by the scruff of the neck and make it happen. If not I'll try and organise something for the start of next year when things generally go quiet for me.
