just to let you know that there's a mind, body, spirit event going on at newcastle racecourse this weekend.. some nice little workshops (some of which are free) lovely stalls and exhibitors, readings etc..

i met scott a few years back at a festival in devon where i experienced one of his workshops.. you will really, really love it.. his enthusiasm is contagious.. 🙂
