I've never been to a chiropractor before but have heard great things! And as my foot is killing me, it just feels like something needs popping back into place, I thought I'd try it! So would really appreciate if someone could recommend someone anywhere in the north east, Drogheda, Dundalk, Newry.... or nearby!

..or any other advice appreciated! 🙂

Thanks Stargirl!

I might give them a go.... but can you tell me what an osteopath does and how does it differ from a chiropractor? I'm a bit clueless on all this!!! And wondering now who I should see about my bad foot!

Though something make a loud crack this morning and it does seem a bit better but the original sore bit is still there. Its actually the bit of my foot nearest the base of my middle toe, IYKWIM! I think where the phalanges meets the metatarsal. (I had to google that!!) And the bit that seemed to crack back into place was the metatarsal.

Thanks for any advice you can give! 🙂

I currently see an Osteopath. Have a look at this website which gives more information - British school of Osteopathy -
He has so far cracked my back and neck in places and I feel great after suffering since giving birth for 18 months.

Thread on the differences between the 2 professions. These days, in Europe, the difference is minimal; with greater variety between individuals than between the professions per se.

Closest thing Ireland has to a regulatory body, (as far as I know); there's a search facility on their website
