Hi everyone
just thought i'd drop a line and see how everyone is getting on in the current climate, it's been very tough going at my end my area is very small and very limited work wise, so I'm back studying at the mo.
Hoping everyone else is doing well and your all in good form

I'm hoping to start my business soon but am not sure if it will go very well. Only one way to find out though.

I think the key is to keep pushing on really isn't it. Ylangrose I really hope things go well for you, there are still a lot of people who want treatments I really think it's down to the size of the area you live in at the min, but prayers and wishes are with you 🙂

Thank you so much Ophilia. It is quite a small area and people in the immediate area don't have a lot of money. There are some very rich people not too far away though so, hopefully, I'll get some of them as clients.

I think Ophelia is right, just keep on pushing on. Let people know you are there, is there a local directory you can take a small advertisement in or a free local paper. Of course word of mouth is the best advertising you can get but you need to get a few clients first. We all have to start off somewhere and hopefully things will take off.

Best of luck

Good luck ylangrose I hope your work goes well for you.

I find that most of my own work is word of mouth but that of course takes time to build up. Be patient, ask any clients to pass your name on if they can and stay positive.

Thank you all for your encouragement. I am hoping my sister will give out my leaflets at our local school as she knows a lot of the parents there. There is also a local freemag which I put an ad in a few years ago the first time I started my business so I will use this again I think.

Anxious that is a great idea, it's what I miss the most about not being in the training collage anymore daily massages and reflexology 🙂

Now is a great time to advertise Ylangrose coming up to the holidays in a few months maybe the rich people in your area will buy vouchers for people as presents 🙂
