I'm travelling down to your part of the world today (Liskeard) to stay with my dad for a few days. I used to spend all my summer hols as a child with my grandparents. My dad inherited the house and now lives there.
We always fit in a visit to Looe for coffee or ice-cream. Ahh I can almost smell that fresh sea air.
I LOVE CORNWALL!!!

I can feel my little pixie ears burning. Talking of them little piskies, don't forget to wave hello and good bye to them when you cross the Tamar 😉

Don't want to be driven down them narrow streets in Liskeard

Even though I live down the coast from Newquay, my family (on my father's side) goes back several 100 years in the Liskeard area.

Yes Jnani, that certainly sounds like a day out. The holy well at St. Cleer and Trethevy's Quoit nearby, the beauty of Golitha Fall's, and then a bargain at Trago Mills in the Glyn valley 😀

Popped in to Trago yesterday, then we drove up to Padstow. Weather was fab so lots of people out about. Had my birthday meal at Tapenades in Liskeard last night - very nice :food-smiley-004:
I think the piskies are hibernating Pixie -still too cold 😉
Blessings to you all iolanthe x
