Sometimes that many new posts come on that the occasional one gets missed.
I'm not any where near your area but am also a therapist. I have lots of new interests 'blooming' at the moment so maybe we can have a chat soon. Just in the middle of cooking at the moment and hopped on for a quick look.

It can be hard knowing what to say, what therapies are on offer in the area?

I teach Baby massage and trained with itec in holistic massage.
Quite busy at the moment but it is a challenge getting parents I believe that all you can do is be true and trust in word of mouth.

I'm in High Wycombe. Sorry didn't reply earlier, don't get to come on very often now as I have a very demanding son!
I am a Reiki practitioner and am qualified in aromatherapy although I haven't done a massage for over a year due to having my son.

Hi all ! I'm in Wooburn Green! I've lived in the area since I was ten ( I wish that was only 10 years ago - but it isn't!)
I'm studying at Champneys college over in Tring after a planned career change - I was cabin crew for 10 years.. ( I'm doing the full CIBTAC Beauty Therapy Course)....my mocks are in April.:eek:
I am DESPERATE to find a volunteer who can come in to the college on 15th April, for the day, to literally, be a body!!
The person needs to be available for the whole day, have no health issues that would affect facials, mani, pedi, waxing and body treatments ( can be more specific later).........
The person needs to come in with make up on, toe and finger nails painted, hair available for waxing on underarm, bikini line and legs ( although we only wax one area ) and be able to have all electrical treatments ( ie, Galvanic, Faradic on face and body). It won't cost you anything, I'll pay! It is such a scarey time for all of us sitting the exam and we have just had this bombshell dropped on us, that we need to find our own reliable clients for exam purposes.

it is great to see so many message from bucks,

Been very busy returning back to day job and looking after my one year old and teaching baby massage 1 day a week.

Pooky you sound just like me I didnt do massage while I was pregnate and for 6 months after did not have the energy at first.

I tried to get back into it slowly- start by massaging your partner-I know bet your too tierd and want a massage yourself ha! ha! the delights of babies.

I have never had a aromatherapy massage even the i love aromatherapy oils and all natural products.

Have a few books perhaps one day i will get round to it.

I know lots of schools in bucks if you want to send a pm to me.

The power of reiki and healing is such a powerful thing I send you all lots and wish you all well I know I could not got through my PND without it

Hi Im also from Buckinghamshire, I live in a small town called Olney I practise here, Bedford and Milton keynes. I have two boys 2 & 3yrs old and im trying to set up as mobile from home and I also just snagged a room at a fitness centre two days a week.

I think that I will always be learning and taking on new skills forever as I just want to know more.

I am embarrassed to say that at the moment I am taking two courses Hopi Ear candles and ermmmm Spray tanning. I resisted doing this course, but I have a sister who only spray tans and she loves it and makes good money.
