Vasculitis

Hi,
One of my mum's dogs has Vasculitis and I wondered if anyone had come across this or can recommend anything that works as she has tried loads of different creams etc. Nothing has worked so far and her poor puppy has hardly any hair left on it's tail and has patches of hair loss in other places.
I hope someone can help.
