Hi All,

I thought I would start a thread on posting pictures of our loving animals. These are my two babies; I'm going to be adding another baby to my home here soon. I'm adopting another black female kitty like my female cat.

Blacks: 8yrs. 6months old (Female)

Bouncer: 5yrs 11months. (Male)

Ooh kpuk - I hope you know what you've let yourself in for - they're mad! If someone is at home all day they're not okay but if not, you'll have nothing left!
Ours was that much of a nutter, she was in the back of the van one day and hubby got out to go to the shop. When he was returning to the van she spotted him and forgot there was a windscreen at the front.
She leaped over the seats to go to him and knocked her self out on the window! :dogrun:

We also took her to an obedience class-
she was expelled.:nono:

Oh and she (Millie) got her head stuck in a pint pot glass trying to pinch the dregs of someone's beer when she was a pup.:food-smiley-004:

But they are absolutely gorgeous and when you take him out everyone will stop to stroke him!

Haha that really made me laugh!!

Yes, I do think I must be mad sometimes! I have had an OES before, years ago, and i was bought up with them - my mum is a breeder, so I know how nutty they are.

Fortunately there is always someone at home, which is why I thought the time was right for another. I can't wait to get out for walks.....only another 2 weeks before he is let loose on the public!

Pic 1
This is Secret Weapon, he's almost 30 and is a NSH. We've had him since he was 7 years old, and he's only ridden by my 6 year old now due to age related weight restrictions.

Pic 2
This is Rally, he's a 7 year old TWH.

What is it with sheep posing? We went for a walk yesterday in that gorgeous sunshine and the sheep just kept stopping and waiting. I'm sure they spotted the camera in my hand!

OOh Adorable

Hi Lovely People, Its so wonderful to see such gorgeous, happy pets that are truly part of your family! Wasnt it Gandhi who said You can tell a lot about a nation by how they treat their animals? Well I have been living in Greece for 15 months and the treatment of these lovely animals here is appalling!! I carry cans of dog food and biscuits in the boot of my car incase I need to feed some hungry strays and there are so many of them. I wish the RSPCA would open a branch here. My boyfriend is sick to death of me bringing home creatures. He wants us to get a puppy and I have always wanted one too but they dont have good vets, puppy training/socialisation classes etc here. People leave poisoned meat out on the streets here, can you believe it? Dont even get me started on what they do on the islands and in villages!!!! You wouldnt believe it. I dont think I will be able to live here forever. Keep up the wonderful work. Animals enrich your lives and deserve all the love in the world! ( ok Ill stop my ranting now!!)

A Scottish seagull we 'met' on holiday, guarding someone's washing hanging out on the shores of the loch. It rather amused me.:D:D

hi G Girl. are you aware of the greek animal charity? they have a base in london and a main contact in athens with contacts all over greece.

when i visit greece i always take their contact details with me. take a look at their website, they do some really great stuff, quite a bit of it in schools with annual competitions. they do the usual neutering but also do quite a bit of equine work.

Hello alijay and thank you for posting your lovely pictures of your Jack Russell babies ... they look adorable! 🙂

I've moved your post over to the special thread we have for animal pictures that's 'pinned' to the top of the forum, so they're all in one place and don't get lost in the general listing. You'll see it's titled Post your animal pictures!

Thought I would post an updated photo of my Lab "pup" who is now nearly ten months old:

and her with my older lab in the woods:

Also a photo from yesterday of my gorgeous collie boy:

All rescues and all fab. If anyone is thinking of getting a dog, please look at rescue, there are thousands of dogs looking for a good home and thousands still put down each year because there are too many dogs and not enough good homes offered 🙁
