your smokey reminds me very much of a sweet old cat of ours named "DoDo".

yes, like the bird.

she was a large old thing, tiny head, but a wonderful disposition. loved to be petted and hugged, and purred like a motor.

wish i had a picture, but that's ok. she looked very much like your smokey guy!

When i click on the 'add image' icon it asks for a url address, which as my pics are on my pc I don't have.

Can anyone tell me how to include an image from your pc onto the message board??

I noticed someone said you need to choose 'embed' but I can't even find that!!

Here is my cat Millie I got her from Cats Protection about 2 1/2 weeks ago she is 4 years old and very overweight....just for the record until about 2 years ago I had a real PHOBIA of cats and I think my little Millie is adorable..she is so laid back and goes up to bed when the kids go!

okay, I've been trying to post my kitties, but it keeps saying the files are too large. How do I make them smaller? Please help!

trying again... apparantly I can only do one at a time. This is our "little girl" Cleopatra. She and her brothers are Maine Coons. This breed is known as The Gentle Giants, or the tail with the cat attached. They can grow to 40 pounds, and are considered adolescents until they are 4 years old when they usually quit growing. Our "kittens" are 2 this month. Myrrh is the one who got mauled by 2 dogs one year ago using up at least 4 of his 9 lives and nearly killing me in the process. I'll have to post many posts, sorry!

This is Frankie, or Frankincense. He looks crabby but isn't really. His fur is so soft, like silk. Frankie is the most timid of the siblings and I have to chase him down to kiss him (which I do frequently). He loves his dad and sleeps at his feet every night.

And here is my heart, our Myrrh. Mr. Naughty still tries to jump fences even while we are watching him. We cannot let him out alone even in our "safe" fenced yard. His fur is like cotton, fluffy and champagne colored. In this group of photos he had climbed a trellis and was sitting in a flower pot which is about 6 feet off of the ground. 'sigh
