Well, theres Toby and Rascal.....the Jack Russles, then crunchy and biscuit the cats, pookie cookie the hamster [sm=jump1.gif]and of course my little angel bella the maltese 🙂

I don't have a pet now, but I used to have a Cockerteil called Jacko, we thought she was a boy until one Easter she layed eggs. I woke up and said "ok very funny who put those eggs in there?" Everyone denied doing it and then we realised she was a girl.

I miss her I had to give her away as I fell preggy with my youngest son and she was a free bird, we never kept her locked up in her cage, only at night time.
We knew if we kept her she would of got hurt through us not looking where we were going once the baby was born. We looked for a good home for her to go to.

She used to have a cute bald patch on her head and she always snuggled up to me on my shoulder. She also liked to snuggle up to the cassette player and go to sleep listening to Whitney Houston and Mirah Carey.

:eek:Funnily enough they dont all have names, but the larger ones do....we have Henry, Lilly, Fred and BooBoo......I suppose they are pets,[sm=scratchchin.gif] ive grown quite fond of them in a strange kinda freaky fishy like way 🙂

Rabbit called bobby and a cat called Megyan. My past pets names have been weireder tho a rabbit called Thames and a guineepig called sparky and another cat called Max. Going way back a mouse called appropriately......mouse!!!! For some reason all names have popped into my head after looking or being with the animal for a few minutes.

The only weird one has been my beloved cat meggy (megyan) we decided to get a kitten (rescue one) and even before I had seen her I knew she would be called Megyan (her name in the rescue was Chloe - she didn't like that for some reason even in the place and it didn't really suit her at all - we seem to be physicly linked).

I agree that some people have very strange names for animals (me being one he he)!!

Once had a dobberman named prince, before the other one came.

They are soooo cute. One is called Tulip, and one is called honey-bunny. My daughter Meg calls her 'honeysucklelicious!!'

Hi starting with the first first so as to say, had a X-dog when little called Ceasar, budgie called Bobby, when they went a long long time later got a lovely little puppy called Bitza (cos he was bitza this and bitza that) unfortunately he was killed, but doon after I took in Polly another X dog but who was a complete angel. She was the angel of dogs but could be a little madam too. I had to let her go when she got cancer.

Then there was Holly the hampster, two fish which I forget the names of a lastly Ebony the border collie. He was named Ebony by my daughter and he was a rescue dog, he was also supposed to be a bitch. Man at centre said he was a bitch but when we got him home we realised (when he went for wee) that he was a d0g, but couldn't take him back. So I persuaded my daughter that he should keep ebony as that is a black wood, and also dead posh for blackie and Ebony is mainly black with little white on him.

However I think the sex change got to him as he is completely and thoroughly mad.[sm=nuts.gif]

I have 3 cats - Felix, Tweets and Romeo (rescue cats!) and a horse called Kite (cause he has a big Kite in his forehead!).

I'll attempt to put a piccie of him up! (Sorry if its huge!)

We have Ellie a 6 yr old german shepherd named after my husbands favourite car (a lotus elise), then we got Lynx the cat (named after a big cat because I like them).

We rescued our akita who was already called REbel, he suits his name as he is very rebellious. Lastly we got Rock the rabbit (named after the wrestler)

We are getting a hedgehog next I`ll let you know his name when we get him.

Freia, Azriel and Newbie (short ofr Anubis).

They were going to be Bast, Sphynx and Anubis after the three replica statues we have, but we thought they may not be appropriate to holler if the little minxs went walkabout.

I agree Kite is a wonderful name and he's gorgeous.

I know of a german shepherd called Anubis or Newbie for short. They just been to Egypt when they got him.;)

My bf and I are gaming addicts to Newbie was just perfect.

Only thing is my mum calls the girls Freesia (Freia), Asia (Azriel) and Maybe or Mailey(Newbie). Three years on.. still makes us giggle.

Always wanted a black longhaired girl called Molly. Not sure why.

Had a kitten in Sweden a few years ago and his name was Meiliki. Loved that name and loved that cat, he was so gorgeous.

Previously had Laddy and Smokey (Brother wanted them to be Smokey and Bandit but I protested and called my little girl cat Lady, well that was until the sex change). Newbie was also meant to be a little boy.... amazing how the little critters morph.

My cats names are Sunflower, Kenny and Keith. I believe that we don't actually choose our pets names, rather that they themselves choose them, and communicate this to us.

At the moment we have two cats - Pepsi, the mum cat who was already named when we rescued her and Miss T, her daughter, who we named.

Cats - Puss, not very imaginative when I was little.......
Shrimp, Mum named her.

I mean I don't know how some of these names came about really, they just seemed to happen. Take Ginger for example, not a ginger hair on her, except for about three patches on top of her head. Mobilarchie on the other hand is all ginger.
Lucky is most certainly not lucky by anyones standards, having been run over, lost and attacked all in her few years, although it could be said that she is lucky to be alive! And there is nothing 'daisy fresh' about Daisy at all, infact she can really pong when she wants to.

Hi Parkinson, What lovely names your animals have. Yes, it's funny how the names just come about isn't it.

Wow, you have lots of animals and 5 dogs. I've always wanted a dog, I'm sure one will come my way when the time is right.

Hello All
My little doggie is Cairn Terrier and she is called Bonnie, I did not name her however, she was my Mums dog until about a year and a half ago. We didn't really want her at the time (isn't that terrible!) but I would not be with out her now. Love her to bits. She is a bonnie little lass as well, good chosen name. Now my boyfriends Mum has got a Bassett Hound and he is great, his name is Dexter!

I love my dogs, they're all the familys' really but I am the pack leader!
They are the greatest of companions and are really sensitve to my moods and always affectionate! What more could you want really....

Also 3 fish; Bernard, Jim and Dyson (the latter cos he is always hoovering up food from the bottom of the tank :D)

I have two Cornish Rex cats called Bella and Suki, they are sisters and are just 3 years old. The two of them could not be more different ...

Bella is a black tortoishell with all the typical characteristics of a Cornish Rex, wavy coat, curly whiskers, fine head with large ears. Totally gorgeous!

Suki is a blue tortoishell - however she has a long curly coat that is untamed despite constant grooming (by herself) and brushing (by me). She is affectionately known as "the wrong-wash cat" as she looks as though she has been put through the wash on the wrong cycle!!

Both my girls are sooo loving and playful. It's a good job that they like my husband and I as they have the idea that THEY own the house and very kindly allow us to live with them!!!

I have one gorgeous very large black cat called Sooty. As he is now on his own, he's being spoilt rotten !
I used to have 2 rabbits, Charlie and Bilbo Baggins
and Tigerlilly was my beautiful tabby cat who passed on recently.
