my friends dog has sinus problems and can't have an opeartion to remove a cyst but her immune system is low and she ha sbeen on too many types of anti biotics from the vets. I do reiki myself and use crystals but i was wondering does anyone know of any aromatherapy, vitamins, supplements, homeopathy or anything that could be used to ease the problems please? i feel really sorry for the dog.

many thanks

Hi Whitewing

Theres lots of natural things you could try to boost the littel dogs immune system - fresh fish probably being the easiest one to get hold of. May I ask what she is fed on at the moment?

Other things that could help are kelp, yoghurt (bio), natural bee pollen (a by-product from the honey industry), echnicacea, Reishi and Shlitake Mushrooms or garlic. You dont want to over load her with this stuff, but maybe here and there to try and get her back on her feet again.

With regards to armoatherapy, you could get some little bottles of the more common ones like lavender, tea tree and rosemary, and see if the dog chooses to smell the bottles (dont let her grab them from you!). Lavender is probably the best one for immune systems.

I'm sure the Reiki and crystals will help her also.

Hope that helps a bit!

xx
