A lovely lady called Sheila who owns a shop in Brecon has posted this on Facebook
Anyone living in the Fforestfach area know or recognise the dog or know who has lost him?

No word on her page about whether this has been reported to the RSPCA or the police - the poor thing looks 'expensive' and should have a chip.
