Guidelines:
When posting a new topic, please select the forum that best relates to the subject matter of your topic. Redundant topics are not allowed and are considered spam. Our members represent a wide variety of religious and spiritual people. When joining in discussions on our forums, expect to come across persons whose ideas, opinions and beliefs may be different from yours. Please approach such encounters with tolerance and an acceptance of others' faiths and beliefs.
Posting Guidelines:
When posting a new topic do not use the CAPS lock. It is hard to read and is considered yelling. When replying in an existing topic it is fine to use CAPS or bold to highlight main points. Try not to use large font sizes and many colours as this can be a strain on the eye sometimes and also makes the forums look untidy.
Please do not include your own, or others email/postal addresses, or phone numbers in posts and visitor messages. This is to prevent them being misused by spammers etc.
Language:
Any foul or hostile language used will not be tolerated. This includes any derogatory statements and profanity. Direct or indirect personal attacks are strictly not permitted. Insults and negative attitudes are not allowed. Saying you don't agree and why, can be done in a good humoured and polite way without causing offence.
All members have the right to their own ideas, beliefs and faiths. Members have the right to express these with equal respect and consideration.
Impersonation:
You agree not to impersonate healthypages members or moderators. Not to create more than one username with the intent to disrupt discussions or deceive members.

The Internet provides the perfect forum for cyberbullies, individuals whose aim is to gain gratification from the distress caused by provoking and tormenting others. The anonymity, ease of provocation, and almost infinite source of targets means the Internet is full of predators; from pedophiles targeting children to serial bullies targeting ... anybody.
If you require further guidance on bullying please refer to <a class="go2wpf-bbcode" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href=" http://www.bullyonline.org/workbully/amibeing.htm "> http://www.bullyonline.org/workbully/amibeing.htm
