I cannot remember this being done on HP before but I propose a thread for posting forward..

that is Recycling

I have recently been given a pack of tarot cards...some lovely Garden Perennials (courtesy of Treacle), a self healing book (courtesy of Beckyboop922), and in return I am sending some relaxation CD's to Star99.

So how about using this thread for those objects, that you are willing to give for free. That of course means you will be paying the postage, and the recipient will need to trust you with their address via PM, not posted on here...but..what goes around comes around..

So make your offer, and i think it would be courteous for the exchange to be noted publicly on here that any postings have been succesfully received....

Within the next month I will have a shedload of columbine seeds if anyone is interested as my garden is somewhat overun with these flowers!

I have dusky pink, indigo, mauve, lemony tinged lilac, off white lilac/pink and white 'uns, but I can't guarantee what colours you will receive as most are in the seed stage and muggins here didn't stop to think of taking a photo when they were in bloom!:o

I will also have cornflowers too, but will be later than the columbines as they are still in flower.:)

warmest wishes- calla lily x

The Houseplants take Over!

Here is the current stage of the houseplant cuttings which Celia sent me...
quite a bit of pinching back has been going on to help them bush out a bit..:)

Although at one point I don't thing they like the compost I put them in (nope, not gonna admit to what I expected them to gain their nourishment from :p), However, repotting, appropriate vitamins and nutrients gave them a very much appreciated boost , and then they started growing nicely. 🙂

The no 4, do they usually just fan out like that. I thought they were trailing plants, they seemed to take a long time to turn over into danglies?

I bought a set of planters same design different sizes, but some are too big for the small pot planters:rolleyes:

Forgot to say, thats the Lemon scented Geranium Celia, the Rose Geranium didn't make it past rooting stage:o

Nice!

Hey glad to see them going so well! No 4 is a more upright version and does go over to trail after a while but the stems are quite long by then. Mine don't usually get that far as I am pinching off the top bits to root to give as cuttings! It might benefit from being in a bit more light btw.
Hope you continue to enjoy them and do pass bits of them on - soon the world will be taken over by my plants - hehe

I know the light is the problem, My windowsill are very narrow, now the plants are too big to fit on them, and I have nowhere else to put them really...other than where they are.:) There is no posh conservatory chez fleur 😀
