wondering if someone can help, and if this is in the wrong place im sorry and please move if needed.

i am asking on behalf of a friend of mine who would like to know more about following and reading signs that come to her.

she has these 'feelings' and doesnt know how to read them or if she should be following them. is there a website or a book that she could read to understand this more?
