Can anyone explain, what is a power animal ( is it like a guardian?) and what is classed as a shamanic journeys, has anyone on here experienced these?

Hi, Power Animal will be personal to you, it will have the same traits as you yourself. You can find your power / totum animal through meditation. My sister was very surprised to find she has an elephant power animal, mine is a Mountain cat and fits me to a T.
When you next go into a Meditation make it your intent to contact your power animal and see what animal appears to you,remember it can be anything, even a flea !
