I have done online searches but as its a field I dont have great knowledge in- if anyone has any leads that would be wonderful

"The Magic of Metaphor 77 Stories for Teachers, Trainers & Thinkers" by Nick Owen is great resource - you could easily imagine adding Shaman into the title but I guess it would mess up the T theme in the book title.
