Hi. I am reading a book called Secrets of Shamanism by Jose Stevens, Ph.D., and Lisa Stephens, which involves journeying and shamanic visualization.
I tend to be quite good at visualization so it's not a problem; I don't need hallucinagens!
I was wondering if there is a way of dealing or reconciling with difficult people through shamanic journeying. I don't mean black magic, or anything negative at all . . .
I feel that there must be a way to deal with such a difficult situation without being confrontational.

Thankyou.

You can send love to their higher selves.

Hiya

I agree you can call on their higher selves, and talk to them, tell them how you feel and ask what is causing them to be the way they are, and what you can do to remedy the situation. 🙂

As you are shamanic journeying, Have you any thoughts on trying animal medicine.....contact your own power animal to lead you to theirs.....that might give you some insight 🙂

How do the two animals interract, what are each strength and weakness....how can they come to mutual respect. ......

yes there is ...dealing with challangers [thats what we are talking about here] ...simply stand in your power [are you up to the challange?], i also generally appeal to a higher power[recognise you are an agent/conduit of a higher one] and i find the situation is there for me to learn from and deal with accordingly and as a result one grows in experience etc.....and like the rest of life one often finds the same issue/situation coming up until it is learnt/intergrated. Difficult people/situations are sent to us to see how we react/deal with them;] and depending on what we do determines what tests we will consequently get and how much more power/medicine [and what quality thereof] we will wield in the future... it is also said we never get a situation we cannot deal or cope with tho at times i do wonder on that score..lol, prob a bit longer/complex answer than the 'take all my troubles away magic wand' you were looking for i suspect.:D

If I had an issue with anyone, i'd deal with them face to face - why should i resort to idiotic shamanic nonsense that would be a waste of time, or could get you into some serious trouble.

the shamens world is full of pitfalls and traps - stay well clear.

Shamanic Journeying

I was referring to shamanic journeying, not the 'magic wand,' as you have so eloquently put it. You obviously haven't studied shamanism, so why don't you move to another forum before you get booted off of this one.

Dear James,

I am fascinated. Why do you say, "idiotic shamanic nonsense that would be a waste of time, or could get you into some serious trouble."?

What kind of serious trouble do you envisage?

With love and light,
Sue.
