just wondering if anyone could help me please?????? i will be most grateful.

last nite i had a dream that my nephew was somehow stabbed in the stomach with a spike, this brought on mad panic and we were rushing to the hospital (me, my mum, my dad, my brother, his girlfriend and baby harry) we finally found A&E and it was all panic. baby harry was sick which brought up whole carrots and brocolli! harry was getting worse and worse and doctors were rushing in. there was this one very young lady doctor who was very emotional, then all of a sudden harry was better! this made me cry in my dream (as happy crying cuz he was better), but my partner woke me up as i was sobbing my heart out (but i wasnt like that in the dream), my partner thought there was something really wrong as i couldnt stop crying, but i felt sad as well! and even still feel very down now.....

is there an explanation for this? does anyone else cry.

RE: Woke up crying

Hi
Crying is a way of clearing an emotional feeling we cry to extend that emotion in a visual way to others. crying is always good but what we cry about may not feel that way. Cry and cleanse enjoy the freedom gained from crying and dont try to analyse things too much.
Regards
Ian

ah bless Periwinkle - those kinda dreams do stay with us too ..
maybe it was just a release of fears & worries you may quietly conceal as a loving aunt . . I dreamt my neice had been raped & worse she was raped in my Mum & Dads bungalow as initially the dream was about them being burgled but then they found my niece .. like you it felt so real.. although I woke up in shock not in tears...but it did tarnish my very being for days afterwards .
As Ian says there will have been a physical release.. just pull your nephew that little bit closer next time you see him, give him a big hug & maybe even remind him to look after himself etc etc .

Dont worry. I am very spiritual and i can interpret your dream. This may take a while, and you may not even read this, but if you really would like me to do it, please, feel free to e-mail me and i can solve your problems.

To answer your question, yes i cry when i wake up from a horrible dream. I have had alot just like your where someone i love is hurt, and it scares me and when i wake up i am often crying. To make yourself feel better, you have to do what feels right. talk to someone, or try forgetting the dream, spend time with your nephew, do whatever will help sooth the pain and or sadness =)
