This partial solar eclipse will be at the Moon's descending node in southern Leo. Its visibility is confined to parts of South America, Antarctica and the South Atlantic. Solar eclipses can manifest very powerful experiences, they usually begin a few days before and if you are sensitive to planetary energies you can feel the positive impact for weeks after. The last eclipse of 2007 has a few ace cards up its sleeve. It will certainly live up to its name and give a kick start boost to the new Saturn in Virgo transit. At dawn we were shown a vision of the Queen of Spades and then the words flowed. When Virgo comes in Saturn, the Virgin of Purity heralds the birth of a new beginning, she has lots to offer us if we are open to receive the bundle of joy that she brings. Apostle John was called John the Virgin, many truths will come to light about the ancient mysteries. Don’t be fooled by her spades, she is tilling the soil for good purpose, she has the key of life to get people out of the captivity of the monopoly jail. This lady knows how to play the game of life in a precise and strategic way, her timing is perfectly arranged. Her vision is beyond the veil of illusion; she strikes at the roots of the core issues. Her lever certainly has the ability to get people out of the mire, if you have the ears to listen and the heart to embrace. She wears the mantle of warmth, shelter and protection , concealing her mysteries and power purposefully. This is to aid the transformation of others so that they may be in awe of themselves instead of the teacher! This Queen may be spiritual but her work is soaked in realism, it is the colour of success. Helping the underdog and those that are suffering, the heat of the solar energy of love is all powerful in this partial solar eclipse, it continues to burn off the dross. A person with the qualities of this purifying Queen could well appear in your life at this time. When you tap into this solar eclipse you tap into the unlimited power of the light source that surround her. It’s a good time to ask for the truth of divine revelation, if your intent is pure - you will receive the wisdom. This Queen of Spades is also symbolic of Queen Ester who saved her people from genocide.

In the Tarot she is the Queen of Swords and roses grow on her, she provides the sustenance so that people can blossom into the fullness of their perfect creation. She represents the goodness of the Aquarian Age, Nut, Egyptian Goddess of the Sky, is also symbolic of this solar eclipse. It is heaven sent to help everyone that needs help, it is the Queen of Heavens protective love of her people and the Atlantis Queen returns to determine the light of the Spirit of truth –v- falsehood.

This solar eclipse will be very powerful for anyone that is fighting a cause. It will empower the new world servers to lay their cards on the table. The Queen is independent, elegant and rides the horse of freedom, wearing the armour of divine love. The gold crown is proof of her salvation and sovereignty, her flag is the dove of peace with healing in its wings.

The tarot states that the Queen of Swords is the only Queen that holds the sceptre of the authority of God. Many know this as the sword of God’s truth that is steel in the face of the iron fist, she speaks with dignity and without remorse because she has the mandate to do so. The Truth of God is like water that gushes forth like a powerful river, no stone can stand in its way. Many try to be the rock to stop the truth reaching the ocean, but the water will always find a way around the rocks of rigid belief. Some people think that their river is the only river, but these people will be surprised to discover many rivers lead to the same ocean. This Queen loves surprises and she has something new and magical to pull out of the hat! Every land that has the word Queen as their namesake (e.g Queensland) will have a unique and special impact on events following this eclipse.

It’s time to think globally about community, common purpose - common wealth, the bigger picture, so it is a good time for a party and sharing in community with others. Stripping back the layers of untruth, imparting the truth of universal values and universal laws. People are ready, and waiting to hear you speak common sense. It promises to be an empowering, uplifting and enlightening time. Whatever you do spend some time in nature, enjoy and make the most of the benefits that it brings.

I see that Mercury the ruler of Virgo is at 8 degrees Libra, and dispositor of both the sun and the moon is conjunct the fixed star Vindemiatrix (its got quite a reputation by astrologers of old as being the widow maker, most evil, causing disgrace, stealing, wanton folly -V.Robson). However Bernadette Brady in her book Fixed Stars has a more positive interpretation a time of harvesting, the grape gatherer and a time of action.

But I'm, not too keen on the tee square formed by an opposition to Uranus and a square to Mars by the eclipsed sun a call to be patient as when communicating or whilst travelling.

The eclipse point is at 18 degrees Virgo and Marc Edmund Jones' Sabian Symbols says of it...'An ouija board. This is a symbol of the completeness with which man is able to see his experience both steadily and whole, dramatized here by the planchette as a representative of effective anticipation or a true rational divination.
