Hi Oakapple, I think you've been taking your timing from a site in a different timezone?

The beginning of the eclipse is at 0633 GMT tomorrow morning. The stage of total eclipse will run from 0741 to 0853.

Oh and 1638 was the last time this happened on solstice

There is some strong energy around whether it is related to tomorrow or not, I also felt this the day before the last solstice 🙂

🙁 No 🙁 Couldn't see it where we are - especially disappointing as beautifully clear sky. However still enjoyed the fantastic energy as I froze outside on my quest to see it (jammy trousers aren't very warm :D)

It was stunning. Watched in awe from my garden in Scotlandwell - stood wondering who had watched it standing in my place 400 years ago! Magical. Clear sky. However, I bet whoever it was didn't look as glam as me - wellies, socks, nightie, bobblehat and overcoat. No meteorites though - perhaps later and again, it's a beautiful clear evening - the sunset has just been blissful.

I know I looked weird - saw a lady at a bus stop do a double-take when she saw me 😀

Altho' I missed this morning's spectacle I saw (briefly) a beautiful full moon late this afternoon which stopped me in my tracks. Too brief to take a photo but I saw it 🙂 Glad there was no one near me cos I said 'Where were you this morning, then? ' Would have seemed a real nutter as looked like I was talking to myself

Unfortunately I didn't get up in time to see it. Just as well really as it was cloudy here. My friend in Australia saw it and it was night time there so it was more noticeable and more spectacular. I think the news said there wouldn't be another lunar eclipse on the winter solstice until 2095!
