I was chasing me tail all day Thursday, trying to get some information from a hospital, I phoned them,they phoned me, I phoned them back,,,kept missing each other, then nobody there knew what I was ringing for when someone else had told me to ring back....blah di blah 😡
No appointsments going wrong, but other things. Of course this apparent phenomena occurs every four months for approximately 22 days, so we can't hold out too long on getting the right machinery, travel arrangements, appointsments.
We are currently going through a phase of retrograde Mercury in Air signs - My laser printer conked out yesterday. It is also the worst time to buy any machinery including cars, computers, telephones answering machines anything mechanical. Best to wait until mid February and read all the reviews and thoroughly research the subject in the meantime.
It's not all doom and gloom as its a good time to access the unconscious, a little reminder that the God Mercury was the only one who could transverse all realms - he's not called the messenger for nothing.;)
It's also a good time to reassess priorities - minor irritations can arise like lost documents, faulty machinery, broken promises, well-intentioned but misleading information etc. Use this time to get rid of complications and most of all to receive important insights from your meditations, dreams and
inner visions.
I thought it was amazing that all survived the US plane crash on the Hudson River - could it turn out that this was a case of faulty machinery? or did indeed a flock of birds cause two engines to fail.
You never know what to expect with Mercury after all he is the Trickster.

As I said on my thread about the inner child, all our equipment at work failed this week. E-mails, printers, faxes pay and display in the car park and a ticket machine!! When I think of it the trains on Monday failed from the off. First one didn't go then the rest backed up ending with delayed and cancelled for the rest of the morning! 😮

I had a letter from gas company before Christmas telling me they would be putting in a new pre-paid gas meter in the New Year. No problem about being in from 8-8 as requested as off sick at the moment. Man came but before he took off old meter asked him to tell me how much of my money was still on there? This done he then changed the meter, only to tell me that my old pre-payment card didn't work on the new meter! He had ordered me another one but it would be 2 days before I got it. It came last Sat I rushed out and put £30 on it only to have the meter say 'card not accepted'! After a long phonecall I was told that another card would be sent out and had to be in between 8-1 on the Mon to sign for it. 1pm came and went but no card! Phoned again and was told that because it was in the afternoon I had rung it would have been too late to get a card out to me for Mon!!! SO, next card arrived JUST before 1pm, put it in the meter to register it before putting money on it and once again it said 'card not accepted'. I was beginning to see red by now lol. I had £3 left of the 'emergency' money left and no way of putting any more money in. SO, ANOTHER call and a promise of sending out ANOTHER card and to ring when the gas ran out and they would send someone out to "wind on" another £10 emergency. This happened the following morning and a man arrived within a few hours. He then used the last card that hadn't been accepted and it worked!!! HOW frustrating. At least now though I could put more money on it and get warm again lol. Blasted Mercury in retrograde!

I've had similar things happen in the past and thought "Damned Mercury retrograde" only to discover Mercury was direct. Other times during a retrograde, everything was smooth sailing, so I no longer pay attention.
