Can anyone recommend a vegan margarine thats available in the UK that I can cook or bake with.
I have tried Pure and it doesn't really work when heated very well...

Thanks

Vegan Margarine

I have successfully baked using Pure and Tomar [Kosher hard margarine].
Tomar is great for making pastry. Pitted prunes can also be used in baking instead of margarine.

Tomar is good as Idea Stores suggested, and also I believe there is a vegan stork margarine available.

Vegan Margarine

I have baked for years with Vitaquell which is organic and approved by The Vegan Society. It works perfectly for both savoury and sweet dishes and is great for baking.

- the packaging in the UK doesn't look quite the same.

Vitaquell Organic 100% Dairy Free Spread is available from independent health food shops and costs around £2.79 for 500g.

Best Wishes

Vitalite is vegan - maybe worth a try.
